MTB Fundamentals for Women
For over a decade, Chocolate Foot have been creating opportunities for women to enjoy mountain biking, learn new skills, meet other female riders, grow their confidence, and have more fun on bikes!

This women-only clinic is aimed at riders who want to learn the fundamental skills of mountain biking, and also those who are looking to improve their technical riding skills, confidence in rough terrain, and ultimately their enjoyment of riding! With a low student to teacher ratio, we ensure plenty of attention and instruction for everyone. The skills and drills we’ll teach will be tailored to ensure everyone gets the most out of

Great skills clinic last Sunday - Fi was very knowledgeable, stacks of patience answered all our questions. Can’t believe how quickly you can build confidence with the right instructor.

Had a great time at the skills clinic over the weekend. Am feeling much more confident with my riding and have new skills which I can now put into practice. With Fi's encouragement, I was able to tackle a part of Manly Dam that I wouldn't have even considered before the course. Thank you

Chocolate Foot’s skills course taught this novice more skills and gave me more confidence than I had thought possible in one day! Fantastic instruction and a great location!
