Mountain Bike Fundamentals
This is our most popular clinic because you’ll learn all the basic MTB skills you need to stay safe and ride with greater control and have more FUN!
It’s aimed at riders who want to learn the fundamental skills of mountain biking, and also those who are looking to improve their technical riding skills, confidence in rough terrain, and ultimately increase their enjoyment of riding.
With a low student to teacher ratio, we ensure plenty of attention and instruction for everyone. The skills and drills we’ll teach will be tailored to ensure everyone gets the most out of the session.

Please note that E-bike riders are absolutely welcome at this clinic!

WHAT YOU SAY
DANIEL
Thank you for a good and helpful day on the bike. It was a good way to check which of the basics I still need to work on. I’m looking forward to a quick spin the park tomorrow arvo practicing some of that stuff, and then trying the trails out with a new focus on the weekend.
REINER
Everything was great! It reinforces what I think I know about the basics and corrected what I have been doing wrong!
SHARON
Great Saturday with Fiona & Joe on the MTB Skills Clinic. The course starts with basic skills and uses those to build on until we were descending off steep hills, and ascending in the right way + riding over obstacles. I feel more confident on the bike with everything I’ve learnt. Thank you, a fantastic way to spend a day!
